Shipping Rates & Restrictions

Products offered for sale on this site are only available for shipment to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, (excluding Hawaii), Canada, Australia, and Mexico. LeSportsac purchases in the US are shipped via UPS and cannot be shipped to a post office box or an APO / FPO military mail box. LeSportsac purchases in Canada, Australia, and Mexico are shipped via UPS and DHL.
LeSportsac processes orders Monday - Friday excluding Holidays. Orders selected for Ground service will leave our warehouse within 1-2 Business Days after the order is placed. Orders selected for Next Business Day or Second Business Day service will leave our warehouse with top priority within 1 Business Day. International orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 Business Days after the order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, LeSportsac will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, DHL, X-Parcel and USPS sites. Delivery dates are based on carrier’s days of operations and for more details, please visit carrier sites
US Shipping:
- US Standard Ground (7-10 Business Days): $8.00 or Free with $80+ Purchase
(X-Parcel, UPS SurePost*, USPS, DHL SmartMail*) - US UPS Ground (5-7 Business Days): $13.00 or Free with $150+ Purchase
- US UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days after order is processed): $30.00
*Indicates final delivery is made by USPS.
International Shipping:
LeSportsac currently ships to Canada, Mexico, and Australia via DHL and UPS for a flat rate of $15 USD. International orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 Business Days after
the order is placed. Duties and taxes apply to all international orders and are paid in your order fees at checkout. Shipping time varies for each county, estimates are show below, additional processing days may be incurred due to Customs.
Canada: 7-14 Business Days after order processing
Mexico: 5-10 Business Days after order processing
Australia: 7-10 Business Days after order processing

Print Placement

Each LeSportsac bag is unique, print placement received may vary from online photos due to the manufacturing process.
Warranty

The LeSportsac Classic, Essential and Travel system Collections, purchased from either a LeSportsac Boutique or LeSportsac.com, are covered under a limited one (1) year warranty from original date of a purchase. Merchandise purchased at LeSportsac Factory Stores is not covered under any Warranty policy.
LeSportsac warrants its product against manufacturer’s defects, this does not include damages that have resulted from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear. Any merchandise replaced under the warranty policy will be covered for an additional six months from date of replacement.
LeSportsac does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores.
Returns

Unworn and unwashed merchandise will be eligible for return within 30 days of date of merchandise received, all LeSportsac.com order returns will be credited back via your chosen method. Please note that your original shipping cost will not be refunded. All final sale product (price ending with .98¢), are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. LeSportsac.com does not accept returns on products that were purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. LeSportsac reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.
In the event an item is damaged upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please
reach out to our team at custsrv@lesportsac.com for further assistance.
All returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks of arriving at the return facility.

Return instructions:
- Visit https://returns.lesportsac.com/
- Fill in order # (reference #) and email address
- Select the items that you wish to return (Final Sale items are not eligible for returns)
- Select a refund option and shipping method for the return:
Option 1 - First option is a refund to the original payment and LeSportsac will deduct $5 for the return shipping label.
Option 2 - Second option is a refund to LeSportsac.com Electronic Store Credit, and the return shipping label will be free.
- Review all selections and confirm your return.
- Return selections are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed
You will receive confirmation of the submission of your return along with a shipping label to the email address registered with LeSportsac.com. Please print and attach the return label to securely closed package and drop off at any USPS (United States Postal Service) drop off location. For Canada customers, please drop off at your local Canada Post facility. For Mexico customers, please drop off at your local Correos de Mexico (Mexico Post) facility.

Once the refund is processed, a notification will be sent to your email.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
***NOTICE*** Important Notification – Your return must be completed and shipped within the LeSportsac return policy time-frame of 30 days from the order's arrival.
Gift Returns

- Item must be new and unused.
- Refunds will be made in the form of an Electronic Gift Card that can be used at LeSportsac.com
- Electronic Gift Card is not redeemable for cash
PLEASE NOTE: Products purchased through the Shop Premium Outlets website
are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without notice. LeSportsac does not currently offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Authorized Distribution of LeSportsac Products

LeSportsac merchandise is offered for sale ONLY through the following channels of distribution:
(1) LeSportsac retail stores,
(2) LeSportsac.com
(3) authorized distributors,
(4) authorized duty free locations
(5) authorized online retailers
LeSportsac DOES NOT authorize the distribution of its merchandise through any other channel other than stated above. (For a list of authorized distributors, please see our online store locator).
Large Volume Purchase Policy

LeSportsac limits purchases to 2 total pieces per style and 15 total pieces per order.
Please note orders placed with a quantity greater than 15 units or with a different billing and shipping address will be contacted by a LeSportsac Customer Service Representative to verify and confirm purchase.
LeSportsac stores sell LeSportsac products for individual use only and not for resale. Only company-owned retail stores and wholesale accounts currently approved by LeSportsac Inc. are permitted to buy LeSportsac products for resale. In the event that it is determined that a customer plans to buy our products for resale, (for example, the customer states such intention or makes repetitive large volume purchases) LeSportsac reserves the right to refuse to sell to the customer and to those affiliated with the customer.

All LeSportsac electronic gift cards will be fulfilled within 24 hours of the purchase date. LeSportsac electronic gift card orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be available the next business day. Once fulfilled, an email will be sent to the purchaser including the code, feel free to forward this email to the recipient. Please note that gift messages do not appear in this email. All LeSportsac electronic gift cards do not expire and can only be used at LeSportsac.com. Electronic gift cards are not redeemable at LeSportsac boutiques or factory locations.
Store Credit

All LeSportsac store credits are available once your refund has been processed (7-10 business days of arrival). Upon being processed an email notification is sent containing the full gift card number. All LeSportsac electronic gift cards do not expire and can only be used at LeSportsac.com. Electronic gift cards are not redeemable for cash. If an order is placed with a store credit as the payment method and is subsequently returned all applicable funds will be reversed to the original store credit number and a $5 deduction is applied if a credit card payment was also used on this order. If upon receiving a store credit refund you do not have access to the original store credit number kindly contact LeSportsac and we can re-send this number via email.
Gift Bags

Gift bags are available at checkout for $5. Your entire order will be packed in 1 gift bag, each individual item will not be gift bagged separately. Made of lightweight recyclable non-woven fabric (not our traditional ripstop fabric).
