LeSportsac is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with Shannon Maldonado, designer and founder of YOWIE, Philadelphia’s coolest, pioneering boutique hotel and lifestyle brand. This debut collection features an assortment of three bags that embody YOWIE's ethos of playful, colorful, and modern design. The first drop includes a fiery red oversized bag, a bright lime mini top handle crossbody, and a classic black drawstring bucket bag, featuring never before-seen shapes for LeSportsac. The series will then have staggered launches following in Fall and Winter —adding up to a total of nine bags.

“It’s a dream to work with LeSportsac,” says Maldonado, who recalls buying her favorite LeSportsac Gwen Stefani L.A.M.B handbag while in college. “For this collection, I drew inspiration from the iconic silhouettes of the 90s, but reinterpreted them with LeSportsac's clean lines and everyday functionality in mind.” “LeSportsac evokes a sense of nostalgia for my childhood like no other brand. We want this generation to feel that same heartfelt connection with the YOWIE collection!”
